Return & Refund Policy

At PelliQ, we stand behind every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The product was received damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
Not eligible for return: Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons), products returned after 7 days of delivery, products without original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at help@pelliq.com or WhatsApp us at +91 70390 39750 within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and clear photos/video of the product
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
  4. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you
  5. Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and the product is received:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days (you will need to provide bank details)
  • Store credit: Available instantly as an alternative to bank refund
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective product).

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video
  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
  • No need to return the damaged product in most cases

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Before shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund. Contact us immediately at help@pelliq.com
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled. Please follow the return process once delivered
  • COD orders: Please do not refuse delivery — contact us first and we will find a solution
