PelliQ is a brand of PelliQ Cosmeceuticals, registered in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. We sell skincare and haircare products through our website pelliq.com.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
  • Product images are for illustration purposes — actual product may vary slightly in packaging
  • We make every effort to display product colours accurately, but screen variations may exist
  • Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age
  • We accept payment via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay / Shopify Payments
  • We do not store your payment card details
  • An order confirmation email will be sent after successful payment
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability. A full refund will be issued in such cases

4. Discount Codes & Offers

  • Discount codes are single-use unless otherwise stated
  • Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned
  • PelliQ reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer at any time
  • Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money

7. Product Usage & Safety

  • All PelliQ products are for external use only
  • Perform a patch test before first use — apply a small amount on the inner arm and wait 24 hours
  • Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or allergic reaction occurs
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • PelliQ is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from misuse or failure to follow usage instructions
